1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LiftCommerce (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LiftCommerce (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using LiftCommerce on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Service Description
LiftCommerce is an AI-powered e-commerce optimization platform that provides the following core features to online sellers:
- Listing Optimization: AI agents that analyze and generate optimized product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and tags for platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
- Review Monitoring: Automated tracking and analysis of customer reviews across connected marketplaces with sentiment analysis and response suggestions.
- Competitor Tracking: Continuous monitoring of competitor listings, pricing, and ranking changes to inform your strategy.
- Ad Copy Generation: AI-generated advertising copy for sponsored product campaigns, display ads, and social media creatives.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users. Features available may vary by subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
- Update your information promptly if it changes.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@lift-commerce.com.
- Not share your account credentials with third parties.
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations or free trial restrictions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy or Polar, both of which act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions and handle payment processing, tax collection, and receipts on our behalf. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable processor’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with LiftCommerce within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at support@lift-commerce.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 30 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges; you retain access through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Plan changes: Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period; no credit is issued for the difference.
Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued where an account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
How to request: Email support@lift-commerce.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party marketplace policies.
- Generate or distribute spam, misleading listings, or counterfeit product descriptions.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract underlying AI models or data.
- Resell access to the Service without our express written permission.
- Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or access controls.
- Upload malicious code, engage in denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service in ways that violate Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or Etsy terms of service.
We may investigate and suspend accounts suspected of Acceptable Use violations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable marketplace policies before publishing.
7. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The LiftCommerce platform, software, AI models, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
Your content:You retain ownership of all data, product information, and other content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI-generated output: Content generated by our AI agents based on your inputs is provided to you for your use. We make no warranties about the originality or non-infringement of AI-generated content.
8. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share any store data, customer data, or third-party data with us through OAuth integrations or API connections.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@lift-commerce.com or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Fail to pay applicable fees after a reasonable grace period.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data before termination.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated content is provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated output before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFTCOMMERCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights are not affected.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
